LOOKING FOR FLAT TO RENT FOR £400.00 TO £500.00 PER MONTH , UNFURNISHED/FURNISHED I am a person that is looking for a One bedroom flat I need a flat to move into by , at the latest , the end of May , as I have to give my present Landlord a months notice , before I can move into a new premises, but would like to move into another flat by the end of April if possible , But end of may at the latest would be ok if this would help , get me another flat to move into if this would help my , new landlord. Where the Landlord would accept Housing Benefit My Landlord at the moment has accepted housing benefit for the past five years , and have had no trouble paying my top-ups to them . I am a non drinker , I do go to AA meetings , and am a very quiet person , I am not a working person , but at the same time , I am not a lazy one , either. Income comes from ESA Payments along with Disability Living Allowance , ESA weekly DLA monthly , And your rent would be paid direct to you from the housing benefits people , and if a top up is to be paid , then I will pay that on a monthly basis to you.
